Disney Princess Wishes on Ice!

My Mom took Kylie and I, to Disney Princess Wishes on Ice this past Friday! Kylie got all dressed up and she wasn't the only one! I've never seen so many little princesses in my life! She loved it and was in complete shock half the time! She got a snow cone and some souvenirs. I took pictures of the show which was great! Each Princess appeared with all their friends, the giant dragon that spit fire was pretty neat! My favorite was Kylie at the end waving her little heart out at all the Princesses! She loved it and asked if we could go again the next day....maybe next year! We had great seats, row five! So the show was unforgettable!

Kylie and Ethan have been Tagged!

Kylie -Kylie's favorite book is Fancy Nancy and Pinkalicious! Love's them! She always asks if she looks fancy like Nancy? She is ALL GIRL! -Her favorite food is Chocolate!!!! Yes she would eat chocolate non-stop if I allowed it! She also really loves soft tacos and egg sandwiches! -She loves playing with Littlest Pet Shops and Ponyville (small sassy My Little Ponies). They really are very cute! Barbies are also on the top list! Depends on the mood she is in! -Kylie's most favorite thing to do is watch MOVIES! However, she loves going outside and now that it has become a little warmer she wants to go outside and draw with side walk chalk! -We don't have any animals, but Bry promised Kylie she could get a fish once our house is done! She thinks Ethan needs one for him too! The funniest is that she actually has been asking for a certain pet as of lately, but I don't think we could ever swing it! She has been asking for a Panda Bear!!! She tells me their from China, LOL well she's got that right! -This is word for word my favorite thing she says, "Mom I'm only naughty because you don't listen to my words," and "You've got to be kidding me!" The first one is whenever she gets a time out or if she thinks I'm mad at her! The second is when she is mad at something! (To tell you the truth I always say the second!!!) -Kylie loves being the center of attention! Talks a lot, dances around all day, and sings her little heart out! We love her! She has more personality in her pinky than most have in their whole body! Ethan -Ethan doesn't have a favorite book yet, but I always read him "Where the Wild Things Are." -He loves all food! He really loves mashed potatoes and gravy and mac n' cheese! Of course if you have it and are enjoying it then he probably will also! -He loves playing with things he shouldn't! Loves changers, phones, most any electronic! He does really love my Mom's slide she has upstairs and the playhouse! -His favorite thing to do as of late is trying to walk! He has taken as many as like 5 steps now! He is so proud of himself! He also loves being hung upside down! He is all boy! -I don't know if he has a favorite animal yet, he does love his stuffed elephant though! Bry would probably say a Cougar! LOL...yeah he wishes! -My favorite thing he says is Mama! He gives me big wet kisses all the time and is quite honestly a Mama's Boy!!! Bry trys to get him to say Dada, Kylie said Dada first so here's payback! -He loves getting into mischief most! Climbing stairs, climbing the kids picnic table, and crawling through any hole he can, especially under the table! -Ethan is really quite the opposite to Kylie, but we love both of them so much!!! They bring meaning to my life and joy to what might otherwise be a pretty dull life! Maybe I should do one of these for Bry! He's like a big kid or at least acts like one! Okay here we go...I TAG (Brinley, Ashton, Kendyl, and Cougar...Emily, Charlotte, and Will) Let's here all about them Moms!

New Pictures Hooray!

After church on sunday Ethan played Batman! My little brother Jason gave him this Batman cape! He actually put up with it for quite awhile about a half hour to be exact! Kylie and Ethan both really enjoyed the chocolate donut Papa got them! Well it was actually Kylie's but when she wasn't looking Ethan made for it! There was no seperating them after that!

Happy Birthday Bryan!

I just wanted to wish Bry a Happy 28th Birthday on the blog! We went out to Red Robin last night, and we made him a chocolate on chocolate birthday cake (his favorite) Kylie asked him what he wanted for his Birthday and he joked around that he wanted a pony. Never the less Kylie insisted on getting him one so he is the new proud owner of Birthday Suprise my little pony!!! I know he is thrilled! He had to go take a test, then will be at work the remainder of the day (not too much fun). I am making him a special dinner tomorrow and hopefully it will make up for the lame birthday!

9 Months Old!

Okay today was the big 9 month old appointment today! He was again in the 90% of weight at 22 pounds and 50% of height at 29 inches! The doc says he is due for a growth spurt! I in know way think he will be short, he has two tall parents, but I love that he is a chunk! I wasn't sure I would get a toe head with Bry having red hair, but I think it is safe to say now we have a blonde haired, blue eyed little cutie! We busted out some of Bry and I's baby pictures over the weekend and I'm sorry to tell Christine that Ethan in NO way looks like Bry's baby pictures! He looks just like my little brothers! (without the poking out ears!) I however do find many similarities between Kylie and Ethan, but Kylie's little eyes are dead ringer for Bry's! Sorry I haven't been able to post any pics as of late, my computer is being fixed and I have been using my Mom's! I just haven't downloaded my pics on her computer and really don't want to so you'll just have to wait a bit longer! Kylie is super excited due to the fact that March 14th we are going to a special Disney Princess's on Ice and have really good seats!!! Me, Kylie, and my Mom will be going (Bry has elected to stay behind and watch our little Tiger). She can only talk about it and keeps asking if we're going tomorrow! I know she'll love it and I'll definitley try and get some cute pics!

5 Years Ago

I know a lot of people think wow, we made it to our 5 year anniversary, but really I feel like I have been married forever! Five years and a lot has changed! I have two adorable children, I don't work full time anymore (actually I barely work at all), a little thicker around the middle (Bry would tease that I've had two kids and he still has gained more weight) and the next five will probably change even more! Well since Bryan never reads this I'm not going to get all mushy and tell him how much he means to me, I bought a card for that. I thought I would do just a little update on the kids while I'm posting. Kylie just got her Pre-school registration forms and she can't wait to start in September! (yah I know it's a bit aways). We also just found out that her dance recital will be June 18th, and I can't wait to watch her!!! She is always dancing and singing around the house and has really developed a true taste for music! Ethan is getting over his little sickness, and is getting too big! Mommy's arms ache all night at the weight I have to carry around all day. He will be going in for his 9 month appointment on Wednesday so I can give you the exact measurements then! He refuses to eat any baby food and will only eat whatever we're eating!(he's not picky either he'll eat every vegetable and just about anything! unlike his sister!) He's going on his fifth tooth, and gets into just about everything!!! I have to say he does everything the most crazy ways! To get across the living room he has to go underneath the coffee table and is always found in the weirdest places! Just last week I caught him trying to go through the door of the barbie house! He can go up the stairs and loves to do it! He also loves to dance and can shake his little booty pretty well! We are having a little problem with sleep, because he loves cuddling and gets a little bit of separation anxiety! I have a feeling he is going to be my little terror, Kylie was just so easy going as a baby! Well I know that is quite a bit, but that is just about everything going on with us right now!

In the last 48 hours I think I have had like maybe 5 hours of sleep total! Ethan has got croup and he is miserable! Not so much during the day as the norm, but at night I am up all night misting up in the bathroom going out into the cool night air! I took him to the doctors today and they gave him a steroid, so I hope it helps! Bry said he was going to take a sick day on Friday since he doesn't have school and told me that I needed some sleep! I have to say it is the best Valentine present I could think of. Kylie is well, and I had to laugh since at the doctor's office she gabbed everyone's ear off and showed off her dance moves! I feel a chest cold coming on, but am not suprised since Ethan contiunually uses my shoulder as a tissue and coughs right in my face! Oh well, that's life! Hope you all have a great Valentine's Day!!!

Just a Funny Story!

Children are a lot smarter and observant than sometimes I think we give them credit for! Especially my little Kylie, I don't think she misses a beat. Last night I was watching Project Runway, one of my favorite shows, and ended up laughing myself silly. At the end of each show the designers show off their creations with models walking the runway in their designs. Well right after they did this a commericial came on and Kylie put her hand on her hip and began strutting very intently across the floor then stopped in front of me posed and shook her bum a little bit. Clueless at first I asked her if she learned that at dance earlier that evening? Her reply of course was "NO MOM," then she pointed at the t.v.! I then began laughing my head off!!! My child I have to say is a pretty GREAT runway walker!!! Very sassy!!!

We have officially moved to my parents and will be here until our house is done! It was a pretty easy move, and Grandpa already bought Kylie Princess was stickers that she has pasted all over her and Ethan's room! (Ethan is thrilled) My Father never let me put anything on my wall as a kid.....so I was a little shocked! Grandparents have much funner rolls than parents I think!!! Ethan is working on his fourth tooth and is cruisin around the furniture! He cracks me up because he is such a little dare devil! He lets go and tries to stand on his own, but topples over on those shaky little fat legs of his! Bryan is super busy with school, we never see him! He is either at school, at the library studying, or at work! They cancelled church yesterday due to the huge snow storm, we got about 18 inches here at my parents, and the snow drifts made it even worse! So Kylie was bummed that she didn't get to start her new sunbeam class; however she isn't too thrilled since the neighbor who has two little boys in her class and told her the class only had 5 boys no girls!!! Should be interesting! I am a little sad since church doesn't start till 1:00p.m., Bryan is going to switch his schedule to mornings so he can at least make it to sacrament! Yes, you could say our life is pretty chaotic right now!
